He has an arrest warrant for Felony Aggravated Assault from Pima County Court Thatcher AZ Police Report # 12-014251
In 2006 while married to my step-daughter he had sex with a 15 year old girl who had known for may years and called "his little sister"
Even thought he had sex with this little girl on more than one occasion the judge REDUCED the two (child molest) Sexual Conduct with a Minor to ONE count of indecent exposure saving him from being a registered sex offender.
That wasn't right... As you read the police report below, you'll see even the girls father said he will do it again....
